结构工程安全与鉴定专家，清华大学博士、教授，国质（北京）建设工程检测鉴定中心主任。中国住房和城乡建设部建筑工程质量、建筑施工安全、建筑维护加固与房地产等三个标准化技术委员会委员。曾作为住建部专家组成员参加了汶川5.12震后房屋应急鉴定工作。
