摘要
大学生就业的形势严峻，在民族高校的藏族大学生面临着同样的问题。是选择比较稳定的工作还是走上创业之路是每个即将毕业的大学生需要取舍的决定。很多研究人员都针对汉族大学生的创业现状做了很多的分析和研究，对于藏族大学生的创业教育和现状分析依然是欠缺的。本文通过份调查问卷，初步了解藏族大学生的创业意向，对创业的理解和认识，创业的阻力和优势等，分析和寻找藏族大学生创业的特质和共性。
